- WordPress recovery from a bad update or a white screen (prevented by managed hosting)
- General computer help: backups, migrations, software, and the occasional stubborn printer
- Billed hourly, with an estimate before the work starts
How it works
Describe what is wrong and what changed recently. For urgent issues I triage first and stabilize; for everything else we schedule a block of time. You get a short write-up of what was wrong and what I did.

Existing clients who need something outside their maintenance plan, and new clients who inherited a site or a mess and need a competent person to sort it out.
