David Martin Design has been a member of the Greater Bloomington Chamber of Commerce since 2021. Chamber membership keeps us connected to the local business community and reflects our commitment to the long-term health of Bloomington’s economy.

Dave Martin serves as an Amplify Bloomington Ambassador, supporting efforts to promote local businesses and strengthen the economic fabric of the community.
Indiana University
Dave Martin serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana University, where he brings real-world web development and digital marketing experience into the classroom. Helping students build practical skills for careers in the web industry is something he takes seriously.
Google Maps Local Guide
Dave is a Level 7 Google Maps Local Guide with over 1,100 photos contributed and more than 21 million views. This ongoing effort helps document Bloomington businesses, restaurants, parks, and community spaces so that residents and visitors can find and trust what’s here.
Bloomington Online
Bloomington Online is a community project Dave built and continues to manage. It serves as a free local resource for Bloomington residents, covering events, local news, the business directory, food and drink, jobs, and community resources. The goal is straightforward: give people a reliable place to find what’s happening in their city and support the local businesses and organizations that make Bloomington worth living in.
Why It Matters to Us
David Martin Design works almost exclusively with local businesses and community organizations. That work is more meaningful when we’re genuinely connected to the place we’re working in. Community involvement isn’t a marketing strategy for us. It’s part of how we show up.
