There have been many times we wish that things would have gone a different direction but without these important lessons, we wouldn’t have the experience we need to make future decisions.

This post is about encouraging you to forge ahead and get work done. Don’t wait until you have ALL of the data. Go out and build something, create it, and build your MVP.

In the early phase of your project, gather the best info (see Colin Powell’s 40/70 rule), follow your actions in that direction, and then learn from your decisions. From your learnings, you can understand data points and then pivot to a different, smarter choice.

When you choose who you want to work with for your web presence, we hope you will consider David Martin Design. You can expect a data-driven approach, excellent collaboration, & smart decisions.
